Appello per la pulizia del parco “De Curtis”
Vogliamo denunciare lo stato di abbandono in cui si trova il parco “De Curtis”. Purtroppo entrando nel parco si può osservare l’erba alta anche un metro che invade la maggior parte delle aiuole e la sporcizia in più punti, anche con bottiglie rotte tali da causare rischio di infortunio per un ignaro cittadino.
L’erba è alta anche in corrispondenza delle aree gioco poste proprio all’ingresso dello stesso.
Le aiuole con le piantine messe a dimora a quel tempo dal comitato civico, sono ormai sopraffatte dalle erbacce circostanti.
Mentre i bagni pubblici restano sempre uguali a se stessi, ovvero distrutti ed inutilizzabili, dal giorno in cui furono vandalizzati da una mano misteriosa.
Ma la cosa che fa più rabbia è vedere l’erba tagliata nell’area sottratta al parco e destinata a parcheggio. Il gestore del parcheggio, che noi contestiamo in quanto chiediamo da sempre che anche questa parte del parco sia dedicata a verde attrezzato, avrebbe potuto provvedere alla pulizia dell’altra parte del parco, tenuto conto del guadagno che si trarrà dai parcheggi durante il periodo estivo. Questo non è accettabile e per questo chiediamo che si provveda nel più breve tempo possibile ad un intervento di manutenzione ordinaria che preveda non solo il taglio dell’erba ma anche la messa in sicurezza dello stesso.
Chissà cosa ne pensa la regione Lazio che del parco “De Curtis” è la proprietaria e che con deliberazione di Giunta Regionale 295 del 27.05.2014 – a seguito di richiesta del Comune di Formia – ha deliberato di affittare – per dodici mesi – proprio al Comune di Formia l’appezzamento di terreno sito in località Santo Janni 13, denominato Parco De Curtis, dietro pagamento di un canone annuo pari ad € 2.605,72.
Successivamente con Deliberazione n.229 del 19.05.2015 la Giunta Regionale del Lazio, per il Parco de Curtis, ha stabilito di stipulare un nuovo contratto dalla durata di sei anni + sei anni, dietro pagamento di un canone annuo pari questa volta a € 13.028,26 annui
Non abbiamo copia del contratto ma crediamo che in esso vi siano degli obblighi da parte dell’ente locatario circa la manutenzione e la messa in sicurezza del parco “De Curtis”, quindi è ora di mettersi in regola.
D’altronde la cura del parco è una questione di civiltà a cui l’amministrazione comunale, chiunque la governi, non può sottrarsi.
Non potrebbe essere peggior biglietto da visita di una città vuole vivere di turismo per trecentosessantacinque giorni all’anno. Evidentemente sono solo chiacchiere per gli allocchi.
