Nella logica dell’imprenditoria criminale, il pensiero guida dei boss coincide col più spinto neo-liberismo. Sotto questo punto di vista pratiche come omicidi, spaccio e truffe sono del tutto normali. L’omicidio? Deriva dalla conclusione che il mercato non permette concessioni agli umani. Lo spaccio è una pratica informale e iperliberista di distribuzione capillare delle merci. La produzione e distribuzione di griffe contraffatte è in linea con il fatto che tutte le merci hanno origine oscura, salvo poi realizzare il fine dell’apparire sull’essere. Leggi proprie del capitalismo, non degenerazione. Profitto-business-capitale! Base morale del capitale come anche delle mafie; perché in fondo i boss sono anche e soprattutto imprenditori.
Se pensiamo a quello che accade nelle periferie di Milano, Roma, Napoli, Palermo, ma anche a Castelvolturno, ne deduciamo che il fenomeno è l’estrema conseguenza del carattere esplosivo che ha assunto il crescente divario fra sterili previsioni dell’economia legale e dominio dell’economia illegale in aree territoriali abbandonate dallo Stato e dominate dal capitalismo mafioso-camorristico, dove il blocco dominante è rappresentato da proliferanti cosche impegnate a organizzare e gestire ‘just in time’ processi di accumulazione extralegale ad altissimo valore aggiunto. Organizzato al punto tale da produrre anche forme di stato sociale nelle filiere da esso dipendenti.
Il fenomeno ha maggiore evidenza nel Meridione, dove la sussunzione reale del territorio da parte dei meccanismi di sfruttamento della forza-lavoro e di accumulazione dei capitali, posti in atto dalle imprese mafioso-camorristiche, può essere visto come il prodotto del predominio del capitale finanziario e dalla ristrutturazione del sistema politico attraverso cui si è storicamente esercitata nel nostro paese l’egemonia del blocco dominante, che non ha disdegnato l’intreccio fra rendita e profitto, fra accumulazione legale e illegale, fra alti livelli di produttività ed alti livelli di parassitismo per garantirsi il profitto ed il controllo sociale del popolo.
Questo intreccio è il tarlo roditore che, da un lato, ha provocato e provoca lo sgretolamento dello Stato nazionale, cui vengono sottratti il monopolio della forza legittima e la stessa legittimità che gli deriva dalla capacità di garantire il carattere universalistico dei diritti, e, dall’altro, scatena furibondi conflitti fra le diverse frazioni della borghesia italiana sul terreno dei dividendi dello sviluppo del capitalismo monopolistico di Stato. Dai problemi del controllo dei flussi della spesa pubblica, della struttura del prelievo fiscale regionale e del riciclaggio delle fonti di accumulazione illegale nei circuiti finanziari, produttivi e commerciali, passando ai problemi dell’immigrazione straniera e della gestione dei servizi sociali privatizzati, i conflitti sono divenuti sempre più aspri ed estesi per il sommarsi della crisi dei compromessi attuati nel passato, alle difficoltà del capitalismo italiano di reggere l’integrazione economica nell’ambito del mercato europeo e mondiale.
La questione è aggravata anche della mancata soluzione del problema di uno sviluppo equilibrato dell’economia nazionale in una fase che invece ha visto emergere la “mafia imprenditrice”, vera e propria frazione della borghesia saldamente installata nei centri del comando territoriale, politico ed istituzionale, componente organica del compromesso storico su cui si sono finora basati lo Stato e il sistema di potere creato dalla DC nel secondo dopoguerra, con lo sviluppo ipertrofico del clientelismo e del parassitismo impiegatizio e con il cedimento delle forze progressiste in termini di analisi teorica e di impegno politico, culturale ed organizzativo, oltre che, in alcuni casi, con la cooptazione di tali forze all’interno del blocco capitalistico-clientelare-mafioso. Circostanza, quest’ultima, che spiega la passività sociale della maggioranza della popolazione del sud di fronte al salto di qualità compiuto dal processo di sussunzione del territorio alla produzione, alla distribuzione e al consumo delle merci prodotte dalla ‘fabbrica criminale’.
La minaccia del potere delle mafie nei nostri territori è lo specchio fedele in cui si riflette l’immagine orrenda proiettata sul nostro futuro dall’essenza disumana, selvaggia e criminale del capitalismo nella fase estrema del liberismo imperialistico. Quando si smetterà di pensare l’epoca attuale come priva dell’antagonismo di classe; quando i lavoratori inizieranno nuovamente a lottare per contendere alla classe imprenditoriale e capitalistica il dominio della società, anche le mafie arretreranno. Questo è anche l’insegnamento delle morti dei martiri delle mafie, Turiddu Carnevale, Placido Rizzotto, Pio La Torre, Piersanti Mattarella, Peppino Impastato, Giovanni Falcone e Paolo Borsellino, hanno pagato con la loro vita l’affermazione di un’ideale di società diverso dalla narrazione mafiosa a noi non resta che ribadire il loro impegno civile.
